50 Cold Plunges.
    50 Lakes.
    5 Days.

Cold plunging. Mountain trekking. Nervous system reset. Join a small group expedition to Mammoth Lakes, California — 50 glacial lakes at 8,000–11,000 ft.

    The Philosophy

    Cold Water.
    High Altitude.
    Deep Work.

Every expedition is built around a simple protocol: trek to a new alpine lake each day, immerse in cold water, and do the inner work that only happens when your nervous system is fully activated.

The mountains provide the setting. The cold provides the catalyst. The group provides the container. What you take home is a fundamentally recalibrated relationship with stress, discomfort, and your own capacity.

    The Experience

    What Makes This Different

This isn't a cold plunge class. It's not a hiking trip. It's a full-spectrum recalibration in the most powerful settings on earth.

    Cold Immersion Mastery

Daily guided cold plunges in pristine alpine and glacial lakes. Progressive exposure protocols designed to recalibrate your nervous system and build resilience.

    Mountain Trekking

Trek to a new lake every day through stunning mountain terrain. Each hike is the journey — the plunge is the reward. No prior mountaineering experience needed.

    Nervous System Reset

Breathwork, cold exposure, and altitude combine for a full autonomic nervous system recalibration. Leave with tools you'll use for the rest of your life.

    Group Container

10–14 carefully selected participants. The shared intensity of cold water and mountain summits creates bonds and accountability that last far beyond the trip.

    Leadership Under Stress

Each day pushes your edge — controlled stress, voluntary discomfort, and real-time coaching. Build the calm-under-pressure mindset high performers need.

    High-Performance Reset

Designed for founders, athletes, and leaders who need to break patterns. No screens, no meetings — just mountains, cold water, and clarity.

    Common Questions

    Frequently Asked

No. Our progressive protocol starts with manageable temperatures and builds throughout the week. The guided breathwork and group support make it accessible for complete beginners.

Moderate fitness is required. Daily hikes are 10–17 miles at varying altitudes. You should be comfortable hiking for 6–8 hours. No technical climbing or mountaineering experience needed.

Depending on the destination and season, water temperatures range from 33°F (0.5°C) in Greenland to 55°F (13°C) in Mammoth. Immersion times are guided and progressive — starting at 30 seconds, building to several minutes.

Most participants come solo — that's the point. The shared intensity of cold water and mountain summits bonds groups faster than anything else. You'll leave with a tribe.
