By using this website, joining our waitlist, registering for an event, or booking an expedition, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Events and expeditions

Event and expedition details (dates, locations, itineraries, pricing) are subject to change. Cold plunging, hiking, and related outdoor activities carry inherent risk; by participating you confirm you are physically able to take part and do so at your own risk. We may refuse participation where safety requires it.

Bookings and payments

Tickets and bookings are processed through our ticketing partners (such as Eventbrite) and are subject to their terms as well as ours. Deposits and payment plans, where offered, are described at the time of booking. Refund and cancellation terms are shown on the relevant event or expedition page before you purchase.

SMS/text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from Breathe into the Wild about events, expeditions, waitlist openings, and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at josh@breatheintothewild.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photos, videos, and branding — belongs to Breathe into the Wild or its credited creators (including media by @iamdaskalo) and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathe into the Wild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our events, except where liability cannot be excluded.
