Privacy Policy

When you join our waitlist, send an inquiry, or register for an event, we store the name, email, and (if you provide it) phone number you give us to contact you about our expeditions and events.

SMS marketing

If you give us your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) about upcoming events, expedition updates, waitlist openings, and occasional promotions. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or emailing josh@breatheintothewild.com. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure how our ads perform. It records page views and waitlist signups, along with technical details such as your browser, device, IP address and cookies, and shares them with Meta so we can measure ad results and improve ad delivery. We do not send your name or email to Meta. The Meta Pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.

You can opt out of personalized ads in your Meta ad settings (facebook.com/adpreferences), block third-party cookies in your browser, or use a tracker blocker.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing josh@breatheintothewild.com. We keep your information only as long as needed to run our community, events, and expeditions, or as required by law.
